bad credit
darko_d1

I lost a small claims for a little under $1300. It hasnt been paid in full because we are working out payment arrangement (this verdict was recent). I know this goes on credit as a public record but I dont know how bad of an affect it will have. I already have bad credit (about 580-ish). I live in Chicago if that matters at all.
If this helps any, it was from an individual, not a company.

I would like to get good credit b/c I’d like to buy a car next year with a down payment. But I heard by applying for a lot of credit cards you get bad credit. What would be the best way for me to build credit safely and effectively enough for me to be able to get a good credit interest for a car?

Also, would i need to get a lot of credit cards? i hear by applying for a lot, and showing a lot of transactions, you recieve good credit?

I am an 18 year old student looking to establish credit. I know all the responsibilities of having a credit card, im just wondering if it would be acceptable for me to call a credit card company and ask them to give me a credit card.

I can do that, correct?

Our children have three conds that are worth less than the loan advance. They are struggling to pay the interest rates. We are ignorant of the potential costs and benefits of the foreclosure move.

I have horrible credit, thanks to a loser of an ex-fiance, and now I can’t find a credit card to accept me. Is there any unsecured card that would accept someone with bad credit?

I am about to start the foreclosure process. I know the lenders will send mail, but is there a way to get them to stop calling my home and buisness? I heard that you can send a letter to the lender and they have to quit calling and can only contact you through the mail.

I am a teacher who ended up bad credit after borrowing money for college and with the expenses of my child. I have steady income.
I need some money to pay off some bills(credit cards, loans, other stuff about a $50,000 debt. I own some inherited commercial property that is worth about 25-30 thousand dollars. I want to remodel the old house on it but I don’t have the cash. Also I would like to borrow some money on the place to pay off some bills. I am more than 6 months behind on a lot of my bills. Is it anything that I could do to get some money with bad credit. I have owned this place for 3 years but can’t earn any profits off of it because I don’t have any money to invest in it. The property is in North Mississippi in a very good location of business.

Also I would like to know what type of loan do I say that I need?
Th property has never had any liens on it.

Any advice would be appreciated!
My income is less than 33,000
