foreclosure

I need to find some foreclosure listings in Lincoln City, Oregon without having to put any type of credit card number online.

I am only getting a credit card so that I can make small purchases and pay them off right away to build my credit. Please do not lecture me on how to use a credit card, I am already fully aware. I just want to know which credit cards have the lowest rates for an eighteen year old with no credit. Thanks in advance!
If you are just going to answer “none’ don’t bother.

I have a credit card that is over my credit limit but is still “open” or I have a card that is below the limit but has been closed by the creditor.
What is the best card to pay off first, asuming that the interest rates are the same. I’m leaning towards the open account that is over limit.
Which one would show most favorably on my credit file?
I don’t USE credit cards, only cash, so lectures about not using the cards is not needed. I made a mistake now I’m paying for it. Iw ill glady pay off my debts instead of taking the cowards way out and declare bankrupty.

No over limit fees, all of those are waived.
Likewise I am already paying well over the minimum payments on each one, but am thinking that I would knock one of the cards down to the mimimum payment and double up payments on the card that is not closed, but it over limit.

Sounds as if I’m heading in the right track.

thanks

Our mortgage was a variable rate mortgage, and my husband had lost his job and bills were out of control… We decided to cut our losses and do a short sell and avoid foreclosure (which had started). At this present time we are slowly regaining financial abilities even thru our country’s economic hard times…We want to purchase another home in about a year. Will banks see me as a risk, and deny me a mortgage because of my past situation?

I’m a stay-at-home mom with a large credit card balance. I have no outside income. My husband may be taking a new job which will require us to move. My credit card debt is in my name only, and my husband does not know of it. I was wondering if at any point in buying our new house if my own personal credit card debt would even come up, since only his income is an issue.

What I am interested to know is if Debt Settlement really works and if you know of anyone who has been through it.
