Im about 10 grand in the hole! I have been missing payments to credit cards lately, and have medical bills that I haven’t even considered paying. I just make sure I keep my rent, and my care note payments up to date.

I hear these advertisments all the time for debt consolidation companies (not bankruptcy) and was wondering if anyone out there has had any luck?

I just got denied a loan for a house. I feel a little deflated so please don’t rub it in with your answers/opinions. Is there any hope of me getting a loan? Where could I go for people with bad credit? I feel like someone just popped my bubble so to speak. *sigh

The home that I rent has just begun the process of foreclosure. Can I legaly get out of my lease before the house is taken or due I have to fullfill the lease. There has not been a date of sale set but it’s in the process.

Let’s say I buy something for $100. I return it and they say I will have that credit back on my credit card. So now my credit card balance is $100? What if I paid for that $100 already and then returned it and got credit back? Can a credit card have a balance and have money withdrawn from it?

Now I just filed July 2007 but I know that I need to rebuild some credit. All of my plan payments have been coming out faithfully and on time. My attorney says I can go ahead and get a credit card but I need to keep the balance low or paid off monthly. Please help and thanks!

We recently got money to move. I’d like to find my family a three bedroom house with a yard, and would hope to not have to live in an apartment complex. But I have bad credit, I can get a co-signer but do they take that when renting houses? What should I do?

Hi, My husband are trying to build our credit score, we’ve always paid all of our bills on time and he has a good paying job (three years) we have no debts and 4,000 in savings
and we were approved at wamu(our bank) but then a few weeks later we got a letter saying they could not offer us credit because lack of credit.
we recently got our credit report and there isn’t anything on it really. (I thought our rent and bills and cell counted for something!)

well anyways, would walmart give us a card?
do they report to the credit agencies?
any other ideas?

any help is greatly appreciated!

If you don’t have credit you can’t really get a home loan…or even a good car loan.

I have found several home in foreclosure that the property is owned by the bank what is the next step? How do I find the MLS numbers and addresses? How do I find out if the price listed is the selling price? How to bid on the property?
