We just put a bid in a house that is a foreclosure, but we are very curious to know why is a foreclosure, is a 6yr old house, very beautiful in south irving,Tx and I been surffing the net looking for any information I can gather. Any suggestions?

I working at home because I am disable, the only way I make money is building a website to earn money and all my money go to the bank, i do not get paystub but cash because it been deposit in the bank, i want to get an credit card but I have bad credit, i will like to know how you build an credit if you cant get an credit card, i want one for orders and things of that nature! I have a bad credit score due to too many credit applications in a short period of time. So in turn everytime I apply I get declined… AGAIN.

Is there anyway to override this?

I have bad credit from college when I made some bad decisions not thinking it will haunt me for the rest of my life Im trying to pay some of the bills and get my credit score back up but I just had a lil boy and I need money fast and I was just wondering if any one knows of any lender that will let you borrow money even if you have bad credit

I dont know if im asking correctly, my niece is moving to my sister’s home which she was unable to continue paying for ( she bought the house 3 years ago). My sister already move away to another state and left the house for foreclosure or for the bank to take since she can no longer pay and told my niece that she could move in until the bank takes it away. But our question is how long until the bank takes over the house physically? since she haven’t pay for 3 months? Thanks for your answers.

I am gonna buy a house that is listed as foreclosure. Originally the house was advertised at 69K and we submitted an offer for 65K (I am paying cash). The owner (real state) took the offer but now they say that we should pay the closing costs… Who actually pays the closing costs when the house is listed as foreclosure?

I just signed a new lease and when I checked the mailbox it was full of mail advertisments offering services for the foreclosure listing. I went online to check the public records and the mortgage company had filed Lis Pendens in September. What do I do?

I currently own 2005 Toyota Rav4 and the car payment is about half done. I’m planning to trade my rav4 to Infiniti G37 Journey, but I have a bad credit score(600)
My question is: Is $5000(trade-in value) enough to cover the down payment? Is it possible to get a new car with my credit score?
