credit card
AaronMckie

I have a credit card in collections (actually in the process of wage garnishment), and want to find out info on the credit card in question, but it is no longer on my credit report (the card is over 10 years old).
Of course the collection agency is no help, is there any way to get it myself, or is getting a lawyer the best/only way to go?
Thank you for any help.

In case this information is needed, the card was originally issued in AZ, but am currently living in IL.

No one told me you needed a credit history to get a card and experience to get a job (only a degree for getting a job)

Someone put fradulent charges on my credit card 2 years ago. I mailed in 2 affidavits and Chase Bank removed the fradulent charges, but are still charging me $80.00 in late fees for these charges. I’ve called them every month, and have closed the account, but no one has zeroed out the balance.
Thank you very much! All the help is appreciated very much!
