About 5 years ago we accumulated quite a bit of credit card debt. Maybe about 4 years ago, we combined all the debt onto one 0% card, since then I have been “card hopping” to continue to have a 0% apr. I always pay on time & more than the minimum payment. I would like to know if card hopping will hurt our credit score. Thanks.

I want to go on a trip and rent a car and get a hotel room. I have a credit card but it is over it’s limit and I applied for a credit card and got rejected. I don’t know what a secured credit card is. Can a secured credit card be used the same as a normal one. Do you put money on it like a debit card? Any help will be helpful. Thank you.

I was wondering how foreclosure through a bank works? Such as, does a person default on thier loan and someone else takes over the remaining debt?
so lets say theres 450,000 left on a 600,000 loan, I would be able to owe somewhere around 450,000 and the previous owner loses the 150,000 he invested?

Hello, if your not behind in any of your credit cards and you just want to do debt consolidation because you have so many…How long does it report on your credit that you are in a debt consolidation program??

I have about five to six unsecured debts [no credit cards] that i need to consolidate and make one payment or like. Bankruptcy is not an option for me. The total is around $10K. I am not interested in debt consolidation agencies, so far the ones i have talked to, i know more what to do than them…I can make monthly payments toward the debt and also pay reasonable fees and/or % of satisfactory arrangements. Anyone knows a serious, good attorney in the areas that i can contact for a free consultation. Thank you
