I’m young with no credit and no checking account. I’ve been looking online and have only come across debit cards or credit cards that require a checking account. Where and how can I get a CREDIT CARD w/ no credit and no checking account?

I recently made an offer for a Freddie Mac foreclosure property and the realtor just informed that my offer was not submited because an issue came up and Freddie Mac has requested to remove it from the market until it clears out. Is that possible, why did the list it in the first place?

The bank is foreclosing on my relative’s house in 3 weeks. The thing is that he is older and left the state for a long vacation without making arrangements for paying his mortgage.

He’s back now and has the money to pay everything that is owed. Can he still fork over the payment and avoid foreclosure? Or is foreclosing inevitable once the process starts? What can he do?

I have a few credit card that are past due and I’m not able to make the payments.

What is the best debt consolidation company to use?

Keep in mind, I’m not a home owner.
I’m not a student and actually I’m looking for a better answer than the obvious budget and make more money.

My father in-law has incurable cancer, and outstanding credit card debt of about $55K. Can the credit card companies sue his estate or children to collect the outstanding balances on his accounts once he passes away?
