Not credit counseling, but debt consolidation loan. Can’t find any good info on the web, so your educated opinion would be helpful. What are credit requirements, home equity requirement, debt service ratio and other factors?

I need a credit check on myself. I have done this in the past, and never needed a credit card number. I have never given a credit card number without being charged.
Does anyone know of a free credit check without giving a credit card number?

I’m taking a year off for travel through the UK and I’m unsure of which credit card to apply for. I need to purchase airline tickets on the card and I would obviously like to have the lowest interest rate I can get. It also has to be accepted in as many places as possible.
If anyone has any suggestions it would be so helpful and appreciated.

Forty five thousand dollars is owed. I was told by a town official that they would be starting foreclosure. Can they legally do that? Also, how can you get the specific details?

In Iowa, after the Foreclosure Certificate is filed and returned how long before the sale of the house?

My husband’s ex-wife’s house is being foreclosed on. The clerks certificate of foreclosure has been filed and is on record. We are in the state of Iowa. We are trying to find out when the house will actually be sold at auction. We are wanting to know so we will know when the kids will have to be moving and etc.
