I’m wanting to go to school full time (right now i’m part time). I want to quit my job (that i desperatley hate) but I would need about $8000.00 to cover my bills for the next 7 months and that’s about how much I would be losing by quitting. Any suggestions for someone with bad credit?

Student loans don’t really affect your credit, and they lend based on “need” not what you qualify for. In the eyes of government lenders, you’re bettering your education and society. It’s “good debt” and I’m sure they’ll lend to you. Talk to your financial aid dept. at your school. They’ll go through the gov’t lenders. Good luck!

Bad Credit Does Not Mean You Cannot Get A Loan. One of the most popular resources for researching bad credit loans is the internet. Almost all lenders have web sites that provide guidelines and information about their bad credit loan programs, and some even offer onlinemake your credit rating worse, so make sure you learn as much as possible about each lender’s program before deciding whether or not to complete an application. You can also work with an independent loan broker to help determine which lenders have programs that fit your individual circumstances.

if they have bad credit, they can still get a loan with a deposit of the title of the house or car or some company might give u a loan for a higher interst rate

I know where I’m from (Ontario, Canada) there’s lots of government programs out there who are willing to help people just like you. People who need to go back to school or find a job or training or what not. I’m sure if you research enough you’ll find some agency’s in your city who help with your case. if your in Canada I know a company called Northern Lights Canada. They will gladly assist you. Or even your local YMCA always have these sorts of assistance programs that can help you. In Ontario as well you can always applay for OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) where they will give you a student loan that you don’t have to pay for until a year after your program is complete with very little interest.

You will most likely have to pay a higher interest rate, due to your previous credit history, if some creditor is willing to make a loan to you at all.
