My husband and I both have bad credit but we really need to get a house of our own. I need to know how I go about finding someone who will give us a loan or finance us?? This would be my first home purchase. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Doe it show foreclosure and bankruptcy or just a discharge of your mortgage debt??? If so then what’s the use of filing bankruptcy. why not just walk a way from you properties.

I had a property go to foreclosure in Colorado with 1st and 2nd mortgages. The 2nd is now trying to settle and has been calling and mailing me for the past 8 months. Can they collect? Should I settle or should I just pay an attorney to make them go away. They are out almost $80k and I didn’t file bankruptcy.

I have a home wich I am up to date but the other home is in forclosure. My biggest concern is if because of the foreclosure I could end up losing my other home as well or any other thing that I own. I know is not the IRS but it is one of my concerns.

My husband has bad credit and I have no credit, does anyone have any tips or advice on who could approve us or anything like that? I am a stay at home mom and my husband works at a alright amount of money, but he is far into debt. So do we just stay in the basement for a few years or what?

I received the papers 2 weeks ago that our bank is foreclosing on our home. I have not received any additional information, but we are not fighting the foreclosure. The truth is we can not afford our home due to my husband’s job loss. How long do we have before we are evicted, and what is the notification process for this eviction? Can they just show up unannounced and throw us out? I am clueless. Thank you.
