My mom was telling me that anyone listed in the account will suffer from bad credit even if the account is being used by one person … How is it possible to have bad credit form a bank account and is what my mom told me true?

I want to open a savings account for about $700 and charge the opening deposit to a credit card. The credit card gets points, which would be good for a gift card if I had about 700 more. I want to close the credit card account, but only after I get enough points, to not waste the points I already have. I’m going to open a savings account anyway, so I figure I might as well get those 700 points from it. In any case, the savings account should pay high interest and should allow transactions between banks online.
For example, Bank of America will let you open a checking account online, and use a credit card to fund it. The credit card transaction will be a purchase, not a cash advance. But I want to know what other banks will do that, and which of them will do it for savings accounts.
How do you know?
I have bad credit and need a loan. But I don’t want to stick myself with payday lenders or car title lenders. And I definitely don’t want to risk my house. Any advice? I only need a quick $2,000.
No need to be a prick. I’m just asking a question. The bad credit is result of falling upon hard times, as is the case with the majority of the American population. Get over it.
Tell that to the millions of Americans who have careers, have always made decent financial decisions, but who hit huge bumps in the road.

I am in dire need of a debt consolidation loan and I have bad credit. I can make things work with $5000, but I do not know where to start. I have seen people with yahoo addresses claiming they can loan money but they sound fishy as it is not a company email, their emails always seem to be yahoo. Any info will help. I fell on hard times and am now able to pay my monthly bills but I cant seem to catch up what I fell behind on. PLEASE help asap. I have a 5yr old and I do not want him to suffer us loosing our home or car.

I have bad credit and need a loan of £8000 unsecured. My father will gaurentee the loan but i am unsure what leander will do this. please dont suggest debt consolidation. this is not an option
