What is the quickest way to halt a foreclosure. I do not have the cash to bring it out of arrears and the bank has accellerated the note. Is Bankruptcy the best way to stop it for now. I have placed it up for sale and have a couple of parties interested. I am running out of time. The bank does have mortage insurance on the note . Please give solid advice.

I have no credit card debt. I pay them off every month. I wonder if it is better to use my debit card or credit card to increase my credit score.

especially if you dont’ have the money to pay off the monthly balance? i have $8,000 worth of credit card debt and not sure if it was a good idea to get a debt consolidation loan to pay 3 of ‘em.

Does anyone know if you can get financing for a home if you have been in a debt consolidation program for less than a year?

Before anyone says if you are in debt consolidation you apparently cannot afford a home please don’t waste your time in responding.

OK I have a problem, i have 500 dollars in bad credit and its not helping me at all. I thought having over 2,000 considers you having bad credit, but this lousy 500 is causing problems now I can’t even apply for credit cards now heres the thing i want to pay these bills I recovered only 1 of my bills the others I can’t find them….I really need help finding these any suggestions?

I have been searching for almost two months to no avail. Are there no legitimate lenders that perform Debt Consolidation Loans? I am not looking for a Home Equity Loan, I mean a loan to “replace” my high interest loans and credit cards with one affordable monthly payment?

I am looking to make a couple large, immediate purchases with a credit card. I already have one credit card with very little available balance. Should I:
A. Apply for a brand new card and use it to make these new purchases?
OR
B. Transfer my old balance to a new card, then work off paying the low APR new card while putting the new purchases on the old card?
