I am starting a company, and I just need another 50K to open the call center which will be a resource to the entire nation for assistance in saving homes that have gone into foreclosure. We negotiate various repayment plans, modifications, partial releases etc. We will be the leading company of this type and we will service the entire nation. We also have various investment partners who offer Lease options with guaranteed right to purchase, short sale options, as well as buying out the liens and paying the homeowner a fee.

My first guess would be to contact your local small business administration office. If you have a good plan and some money for your start up costs; they may be willing to provide financing for your business venture.
