How do I get in on the foreclosure home action?

I live in South Carolina and would love to know if there are any decent foreclosure homes in my area. But everytime I try to look something up online (Hud, etc.) they want a fee or a free trial… provided I give them my credit card number. Is there a bank I could contact, or maybe police auction?

I don’t know for sure, but they are sold at public auction. You probably want to check with local banks and credit unions, when they foreclose, ownership reverts to whoever provided the loan.

You have no idea what it takes to buy a foreclosure. You are just thinking, “what a deal I can get”. The process isn’t at all easy, it is time consuming and requires someone with a lot of experience. I suggest you hire a Realtor who has experience with foreclosures and negotiations with lenders. Not all Realtors can handle the in’s and out’s of this type of transaction. Utilize the experience and remember you get it for FREE!

tells you how to find preforeclosures which is really what you want. Once the property goes into foreclosure , tons of investors have already contacted the property owner
