I have and make more then enough funds to afford my own apartment. I’m looking to move out of my friends house and getting my own place. But Even though i make and have money to do it, My Bad Credit is stopping me. I’m not applying for a Loan, or more credit. I’m simply looking for a Place to live, Why do Apartments need my credit history for that and How can i work around it?

A lot of apartment management firms have gone to including a credit check as part of the application process. The reason is that a person with bad credit is more likely to skip out on rent than a person with good credit. And it is very difficult and time-consuming and painful to evict somebody, even for non-payment.
A couple things you could do:
(1) Offer to make a large security deposit. Really large. A couple months of rent worth. This will not work for an apartment managed by a large firm that manages hundreds of apartments, but it might work for a smaller complex.
(2) Look to rent a room in a house from a person or family instead of from an apartment complex. These kind of rentals are commonly found around universities. The single person is less likely to run your credit.

Offer to pay an additional security deposit.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have… however there exists a solution.
I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :
if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!
