I recently purchased my home and now have plumbing issues that are not covered by my insurance. I have some equity, but cant seem to get approved for anything, maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Help!

expect to pay higher than normal interest rate if you are able to get a loan at all to consolidate your debt… but trust me, getting a loan from less than reliable sources can cause a lot of grief in the long run…
I’ve found some good information here too…
