You should talk to your lender about a loan modification. Lenders really don't want to foreclose. It's costly for them and they don't want to have to turn around and sell your house. A good option AFTER contacting your lender is listing the property with a agent and doing a short sale. What that is is a pre set amount your lender will agree to settle at without going into forclosure. You have got to ask for help or you will not get it! PLEASE CALL YOUR LENDER!
